A new addition to the Olistika House Polyphenol Shot Collection.
The Puglia Edition is currently being developed from carefully selected early-harvest Coratina olives grown in Puglia, Italy. Renowned for its naturally high polyphenol content, Coratina is considered one of Italy's most distinctive olive cultivars and is highly valued for its robust character and exceptional phenolic profile.
This edition is intended to feature extra virgin olive oil produced from early-harvest olives and selected for its freshness, authenticity, and naturally occurring olive biophenols, including hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives.
Our goal is to offer olive oils that meet the highest standards of quality, transparency, and provenance, including oils eligible for the EU Health Claim relating to olive oil polyphenols.
