Inspired by science. Rooted in holistic living.
OLISTIKA HOUSE was born from a deeply personal journey.
I’m Kanyah Sutepin — a fashion designer, wellness advocate, and breast cancer survivor.
For years, creativity was at the center of my life. I built my career through fashion, jewelry design, and artistic expression.
Then, everything changed.
When I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I made a life-changing decision: I paused everything.
I stepped away from my design work, my studies, and all other professional commitments to focus entirely on understanding my diagnosis and exploring every aspect of healing.
I immersed myself in medical literature, scientific research, and evidence-based wellness practices. I spent countless hours reading, learning, and asking deeper questions about health, prevention, and the body's remarkable ability to heal.
Among the many resources I explored, two books profoundly transformed my perspective:
Eat to Beat Disease by Dr. William Li and Radical Remission by Kelly A. Turner.
These books became guiding lights during one of the most challenging periods of my life.
They introduced me to a more holistic understanding of health — one that recognizes the powerful connection between the body and the mind, and the role that nutrition, movement, mindset, relationships, purpose, and daily habits play in our overall well-being.
This philosophy became the foundation of OLISTIKA HOUSE.
The name "Olistika" comes from the Greek word for "holistic" — a reminder that true wellness is not simply the absence of disease, but the harmonious balance of body, mind, and spirit.
At OLISTIKA HOUSE, we believe that health is built through conscious daily choices.
Through science-backed knowledge, nourishing foods, meaningful rituals, movement, and intentional living, we aim to empower people to take an active role in their own well-being.
Our journey begins with high-polyphenol extra virgin olive oil, inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle and the growing body of research on the benefits of olive polyphenols.
But OLISTIKA HOUSE is more than olive oil.
It is a philosophy of living.
A place where wellness meets beauty, movement, creativity, and self-care.
As a breast cancer survivor, I know that healing is deeply personal.
My story is not about fighting disease.
It is about choosing wellness every single day.
Thank you for being here and for becoming part of our journey.
With love,
Kanyah Sutepin
