Kalamata Edition
A signature selection from the olive-growing region of Messinia, Greece.
The Kalamata Edition is crafted from early-harvest Koroneiki olives, a cultivar widely regarded as one of Greece's most prized olive varieties. Known for its naturally rich phenolic profile, Koroneiki has been cultivated in the Mediterranean for generations and remains at the heart of Greece's olive oil heritage.
This edition is sourced from a small family-owned grove where olive growing is passed down through generations. The combination of traditional knowledge, responsible farming practices, and careful harvesting contributes to the distinctive character of the oil.
Harvested while the olives are still green, the oil develops a vibrant sensory profile with naturally occurring olive polyphenols, including hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives.
